Russula, fried in cream

Ingredients used in the recipe:
- Mushrooms - 7 pc.
- Vegetable oil - 1 tbsp
- Sour cream - 1 tablespoon
- Onions - 1 onion
- Salt - to taste
- Dill, parsley, onions - to taste How to prepare:
Mushroom rinse in cold water, scald with boiling water, discard in a colander and let the water drain. Then the mushroom cap is chopped, fry in butter and add the sour cream. Boil cream and sprinkle with finely chopped chives or dill and parsley.
